Cancellation Policy

Weather Conditions:

  • We will proceed with fishing trips as long as surf conditions are safe and there is no lightning or imminent danger. Charters may continue despite wind or rain.

  • The final decision regarding weather conditions and safety is at the discretion of your Charter Guide.

Refund Schedule:

  • Full refund: Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the charter date.

  • 50% refund: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled charter start time.

  • No refund: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the charter start time, except in cases outlined below.

Exceptions:

  • Full refunds will be issued in the event of inclement weather, unfishable conditions, or dangerous weather as determined by your Charter Guide.

No-Shows and Last-Minute Cancellations:

  • Failure to arrive at the agreed-upon time and location ("no-shows") or cancellations made on the morning of the charter will result in full payment being due for the booked experience.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule charters due to unsafe conditions, and will work with you to find a suitable alternative date or provide a full refund in such cases.
